Natalya has been practicing yoga since 2009. In 2014 she decided to take her skills and understanding of yoga to the next level, obtaining her 200h RYT qualification at the Sun Power Yoga School in London and making yoga teaching her profession. She has practiced many styles of yoga around the world but found a connection with Sun Power Yoga, with its dynamic vinyasa style that speaks to her love of dance. Natalya has studied ballet, latin and contemporary dance since she was a child. Pranayama is also an important part of Natalya’s practice and teaching. She incorporates breathing exercises at the beginning of each class. One of the main goals of her Sun Power Yoga class is to connect breath and movement with deep abdominal breathing. Yoga is the union of Mind, Body and Breath; each of these aspects is an equal part of yoga practice. Along with the 200h Sun Power Yoga Diploma, Natalya also has the CYQ Level 3 Yoga Teacher Certificate, is certified to teach Aqua Yoga and is a member of Yoga Alliance.
